Lounge

A PRIVATE MANSION WHERE LUXURY HAS THE SCENT OF INTIMACY!

Designed by the renowned international French decorator Frédéric Méchiche ,the Trocadéro Dokhan’s offers its guests an ambience both discreet and luxurious. A first entrance recalls a green courtyard, then you find yourself in the alcove where the reception desk is located opening into a splendid lounge with neo-classical Palladian architecture with columns, decorative mouldings and marquetry. The decoration is from the Directoire period in tones of lavender and white with beautiful striped chairs, antique busts, oak doors and lovely fireplace. The bar, which also serves as tea room and breakfast room, has celedon wood panelling and works of art. The Trocadéro Dokhan’s has a truly sophisticated and welcoming setting for your stay in Paris, very similar to the home away from home so dear to the British.

They are all distinctive with meticulous care given to the lay-out of prints (polka dots, geometric, flowery, striped and checked) to create a tasteful cosy atmosphere. The choice of colours is subtle, often in shades of blue. Special mention to the 6th floor duplex suites with fireplace for winter and terrace over the roofs for summer. Melding with the sophisticated decor is the leading edge comfort of sound-proofed windows, air-conditioning, two telephone lines with voice mail system, modem connection, digitally coded safe, personal fax machine PC printer compatible, cable TV (22 channels) with CD player, electronic wake-up service, radio and a mini-bar stocked with champagne. In the charming marble bathrooms, you will find a hairdryer, bathrobes, a variety of quality bath products and a lighted make-up mirror. The suites are also equipped with a jacuzzi.
