A UNIQUE OASIS OF GREENERY!
The Home Plazza Bastille is a unique hotel for many different reasons, making it the ideal place for all types of clientele. Let us first mention its situation in the Marais, one of the oldest areas of Paris and one of the most pleasant, next to the lively Bastille area. Moreover, it has 281 rooms, which is a lot for Paris in this category, allowing more services to its guests. But instead of having built a modern tower without much originality, the owner have restored seven buildings from the 16th and 17th centuries around a vast inside garden of 15,000 square feet, where it is possible to rest on a bench or around a table with parasol, after a day of work or sightseeing, while savouring a cocktail. Soothed by the song of birds amidst the flowers and Art Deco or cubist sculptures, you forget the noises of the city and feel your are in your own private park. Splendid all times of day, the garden becomes magical at night with its old street lamps projecting subtle light on the stone pavement. Note that the whole complex was renovated in 2002. The Art Deco lobby is prestigious with its dark marble floor, its collection of art and its lacquered furniture. You then reach, a few steps down, the marvellous winter garden designed as a terraced-solarium with panoramic windows and sky dome, letting the light of day enter with the most striking effect. Adorned with red leather chairs and old statues, it widely opens unto a bar and the La Bastide restaurant, serving international and French cuisine of Provençal influence. At the other end of the courtyard, you will find a delightful breakfast room and the meeting rooms. Families will appreciate the security provided by the enclosed garden, the restaurant and the family junior suites with lots of space and a wet-bar with cooking facilities. Couples will love the romanticism and the illuminated courtyard at night and the serenity that emanates from it during the day. Corporate travellers will find all that they require of a good hotel and even more, to make their stay successful : deluxe Art Deco guest rooms or suites of 4-star level, peaceful nights, a business centre, private parking, bar and restaurant. Groups can take advantage of the meeting rooms with all the modern equipment, and use the garden for a cocktail.

There are many different types of rooms to fill all needs, but each
of the 281 units have a view on the inside garden, which gives them great
tranquillity at night, and the following modern amenities: air-conditioning,
cable TV with pay movies and international channels, wet bar (with small
fridge, mini-bar, hot plates, cutlery, glasses, plates, pans…) coffee
and tea facilities, direct-dial phone with voice mail, Internet access,
private safe, and a complete bathroom with hairdryer and welcome products.
As for space, the standard rooms are about 18 square meters ( 200 square
feet) and the deluxe, which are at a 4-star level with bathrobes, about
22 square meters (250 square feet). Whether the junior suites of 30 to
35 meters are used for two people or for families, they have a small lounge
with table and chairs corner to relax or a hide-a-bed to sleep 2 children.
As for the presidential suites of 70 square meters, they have a lounge
with a hide-a-bed, a separate bedroom and two bathrooms. The decor of
most rooms and suites is contemporary with light airy colour schemes,
often striped or impressionist prints and maple furniture. For the corporate
traveller, superb deluxe rooms of 36 square meters were designed. They
are elegant and very trendy in the Art Deco boutique style, with black
lacquered furniture, subdued lighting, rich fabrics and a lovely marble
bathroom. The discreet refinement will please business and choosy people.
